1. Account Usage & Security

• Single User License: Your subscription is strictly personal. Sharing your login credentials (User ID/Password) with others is prohibited. PreTestt uses algorithms to detect simultaneous logins, and your account may be permanently blocked without refund if sharing is detected.
• Account Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (Strict)

All content available on PreTestt, including but not limited to Mock Tests, Questions, Solutions, PDFs, Video Explanations, Graphics, and Code, is the exclusive intellectual property of PreTestt.

• Copying Prohibited: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
• Screen Recording: Taking screenshots or screen recordings of the premium content is strictly prohibited. Our app includes security features to detect and block such actions. Repeated attempts may lead to account suspension.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription plans (e.g., Yearly Pass) that grant access to premium features. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect active subscriptions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. Harassment, hate speech, or sharing harmful content in community sections (if available) will result in an immediate ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our Mock Tests, errors may occur. PreTestt is not liable for any loss of marks in actual exams due to reliance on our content. This App is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of selection.

• Device Information: We collect device details such as Device ID, Model, and Operating System version to optimize app performance and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To Facilitate Account Creation: We use your phone number to create a unique and secure User ID.
• To Track Progress: We store your test results to generate performance reports and "All India Ranks."
• To Improve User Experience: We analyze data to identify bugs and improve the app interface.
• Communication: To send important updates regarding exam dates, subscription expiries, and study reminders.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our app securely:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication (Login) and real-time database management.
• Razorpay: Used for processing secure payments for Premium subscriptions.

Note: We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details on our servers. All financial transactions are handled directly by Razorpay's encrypted gateway.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption) designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Google Firebase).

Since PreTestt offers digital goods (Mock Tests & PDFs) which are consumed immediately, refunds are generally restricted. Refunds are only issued in cases of double deduction or transaction failure where the plan was not activated.

1. General Refund Rules

All purchases made on PreTestt are Final and Non-Refundable except under the specific circumstances mentioned below. Once a subscription is active and content has been viewed, we cannot offer a refund.

2. Valid Scenarios for Refund

We will happily issue a 100% refund in the following cases:

• Double Deduction: If your account was charged twice for a single transaction due to a server error.
• Transaction Failure: If money was deducted from your bank but the Premium Plan was not activated within 24 hours.
• Accidental Purchase (Strict Condition): If a refund request is raised within 2 hours of purchase AND the user has not opened/attempted any mock test or PDF. Our system logs will be verified for this.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Requests will be rejected in the following cases:

• "I don't like the questions" (Please try our Free Tests before buying).
• "I changed my mind" or "I don't have time to study".
• Issues related to your slow internet connection or device lag.
• Request made after 2 hours of purchase.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours. It may take 5-7 bank working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source (UPI/Card/Wallet).
